Competition draw date and time is stated on the entry page for each competition. Draws will always take place of the specified time and date regardless of how many tickets have been sold.
If you have entered a competition that hasn’t sold out we make sure all draws are guaranteed to be drawn on the time and date shown when entering our competitions regardless of selling all the tickets. We do not extend the time of any of our competitions.
You will have a better chance of winning if it does not sell out! If the competition does not sell out we will simply keep generating the random number generator until we have a winner!
Every one of our draws can be watched live via our Facebook page for everyone to see.
We use Google’s random number generator to determine the winner and we will show you how the random number generator works before drawing the winning number.
We also prove we are live by interacting with the live comment section on our live draws by reading out comments and answering any questions as we go.
If the competition does not sell out and the first number generated is unsold, we will keeping generating a random number until we have a winner!
All deliveries are free of charge! Larger prizes will be hand-delivered by a member of the connect competitions team within 5 days, smaller prizes can arrive sooner than that!

We understand everyone can not make it over to our Facebook page for our live draws but no need to worry.
After every live draw each winner will be contacted by telephone, we will ring the number linked with your account.
If we are unable to reach you by telephone we will contact you by the email you used to create an account with us.
